Joseph Heral & Bill Dye on Joes' farm in Washington
Joseph Heral was son of William Heral, brother to "Big" Fred Herald
Joe left Virginia and went west to be a teamster in the wheat fields of
North Dakota. He moved into Canada for several years and worked in
timbering. He settled in Washington State near Mt. St. Helens and
homesteaded land there. Joseph had one son, James Herald.
