Va.
It can be seen at the new location behind the Washington County
Library

The Breckenridge Cabin Built About 1769
Note the dovetail construction on the corners of the cabin this is a mark
of good construction practice. This method required a skilled craftsman..

This is the Old Shutters Cabin which was located on Reedy Creek Road west
of Abingdon, Va. Many pioneers passed this cabin on their way
to East Tennessee and Lee and Scott Co. Va. This portion of Reedy
Creek Road has long been closed to traffic and this old cabin crumbled to
the ground a few years ago.
